Printing in Deltek 6.1 to PDF
- Open Deltek and your timesheet as you normally would
- Then choose either “Print Detailed Report” or “Print Summarized Report”
- A new window opens showing the report
- In that new window, there is an icon along the top that is the “Download Report” icon
- After choosing that icon, you can save the report as a PDF or other file type.
Deltek 5.1
- Log into the Deltek Reporting Server as the Deltek User. "deltek"
- Create the new printer in the Windows Print folder (Start - Settings - Printers) for that user. This creates printers for this users profile
- Restart the Actuate Process Management Daemon Services8 from the Services. Actuate should auto-create the printers
- To verify that the printers were created, Open the Acutate Management Console, choose System Administration from the drop down list and login. Username is default and passow0rd is Password1.
- Click on System Printers on the left column.
- If printer does not appear, click on add printer and add the printer that was setup in step 2.
- Restart the Acutate Services as described in step 3.
- Log into the Deltek Web Application (You must have Administratrive Rights)
- Click on Utilities
- Click on Report Administration
- Click on Refresh Report Printers, located on the upper right side of screen
- When the Refresh Printers Webpage dialog box appears click OK
